What does the procedure consist of?
1. REQUIREMENTS
No requirements. From 16 years of age. Minors may require authorization.
2. TIMEFRAMES
Ratified within 3 months and ruling issued in approx 1 month.
3. REVERSIBILITY
After six months, one may request to return to original sex.
4. SANCTIONS
Discrimination acts punishable with fines up to €150,000.
5. APPEALS
Administrative and judicial appeals available if application is denied.
